Be It Resolved…
Setting Policy – the heart
of the Grange.
One of the most remarkable aspects of the Grange
organization is that anyone write a resolution.
That resolution can be adopted by a Community
Grange and sent to the Oregon State Grange,
where it may be repeated again, and sent to
the National Grange, and if adopted, will become
the policy of the National Grange.
